Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am until 4:30 pm and Friday from 8 am until 12:00 pm. Appointments will be confirmed 24 – 48 hours in advance. The appointed time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
As an endodontic specialty clinic, we are often asked to manage acute emergencies for general dentists. These emergency patients are usually in severe pain and their management may occasionally require your patience. We will endeavor to honor your time commitment.
Please call us at 780-544-0599 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
What to Expect
Your initial appointment will consist of a clinical examination and imaging as deemed necessary by the doctor. The diagnosis and your treatment options will be reviewed. Often consultation and treatment can be provided at the same visit. However, a complex medical history or complex treatment may require separate consultation and treatment appointments.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary information so that we may assist in the completion and processing of your paperwork.
- A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age at the consultation visit.
Digital X-Rays and CBCT Imaging
As part of your consultation, updated digital radiographs (x-rays) will be required. Often multiple images are necessary to facilitate an evaluation and to arrive at a diagnosis.
